Why is my service still pending?

We understand that our clients want to get their services up and running as soon as they can, typically services are provisioned instantly upon receival of payment, however certain issues may arise that can cause a delay in the provision of their services. A few of the common ones are provided below.

 - The payment could still be processing on PayPal, this can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to verification on their end.

 - There maybe verification needing performed on our end and your service manually provisioned.

 - Other reasons not stated, please open a support ticket through our client area and we'll be happy to take a look.
